LAREDO WOMAN HITS THE MOST WANTED LIST AFTER RUNNING OVER A VICTIM WITH HER OWN CAR AND COMPLETELY GHOSTING MULTIPLE COURT DATES.

Most Wanted

When you are facing a massive second degree felony for running someone over, your absolute number one priority should be showing up to your court hearings.

You definitely do not skip your final pre trial, ghost the judge, and go completely on the run.

A Laredo woman just hit the absolute top of the Webb County Sheriffs Most Wanted list. The local pages are sharing her mugshot, but nobody is telling you exactly why she was suddenly bumped to priority fugitive status.

Grab your magnifying glasses.

We are doing a full forensic breakdown of her original horrific crime, and the exact court documents that prove she is making a complete mockery of the local justice system. 👇🏽

📍 THE LOCATION & THE INVOLVED

The Suspect: Leslie Brianna Lugo (Wanted Fugitive)

The Original Crime Scene: San Felipe Lane and Santa Rosa Drive (Laredo, Texas)

The Agency: Webb County Sheriffs Office and Laredo Police Department

The Bounty: Up to $1,000 Reward

📅 THE TIMELINE: A DETECTIVE'S BREAKDOWN OF THE ORIGINAL CRIME

To understand why she is facing a massive state prison sentence, you have to look back at the original incident from October 2023.

The Afterparty: Lugo and a 26 year old female victim were at a late night gathering. Lugo wanted to leave and somehow got the keys to the victims 2015 Ford Explorer.

The Crash Out: When the victim realized Lugo was behind the wheel of her SUV without permission, an argument broke out. Lugo attempted to speed off. When the victim tried to stop her from the passenger side, she fell out of the vehicle.

The Impact: Lugo did not hit the brakes. She completely ran over the victim with the back right passenger tire and dragged her, leaving her with severe cuts and injuries across her foot, legs, arms, and back.

Lugo was eventually arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Second Degree Felony) and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

🔎 THE FORENSICS: THE DOCKET DROP AND THE GHOSTED JUDGE

This brings us to exactly why she is plastered all over the internet today. DESAFORAPS pulled the raw court dockets, and the paper trail is wild.

Lugo was out on bond, but she completely stopped playing by the rules.

March 20, 2026 (The Felony Ghosting): Lugo was scheduled for her Final Pre Trial hearing in front of Judge Jose A Lopez. She never showed up. The State of Texas immediately requested a Judgment Nisi, revoking her bond entirely. The judge signed a No Bond Capias warrant for her immediate arrest.

March 30, 2026 (This Morning): As if dodging a felony was not enough, the dockets show she has an entirely separate Arraignment Hearing scheduled for literally this morning at 9:00 AM for Criminal Trespass. Since she is actively on the run, she is about to catch another failure to appear.

She also has pending charges for Criminal Mischief from an incident in April 2025 where she already had to be tracked down by deputies once before.

⚖️ THE MANHUNT

She ran over a woman. She racked up multiple trespass and mischief charges. She completely blew off a District Court judge.

Now, the Webb County Sheriffs Office is officially hunting her down. She has absolutely zero right to bail, and she is considered a priority capture.

If you know where she is hiding, you can anonymously call 956 415 BUST. You could walk away with a $1,000 reward just for dropping the pin.

Always appreciate you guys for stopping by, reading the hard facts, and trusting this platform to pull the actual receipts while the other pages just copy and paste.

We see y'all in the comments.

Drop a 🏃🏻‍♀️ if you think they will catch her before the end of the week, or a 🛑 to demand maximum prison time for fugitives who run from the law. 👇🏽
